Mansur Basam, the mastermind behind Reef and Beef, is a dynamic entrepreneur who believes that dedication, passion, and following one’s heart are the cornerstones of success. Starting in the food and beverage sector with an internship in Germany, he established his first restaurant, the Classic Western Steakhouse, in 2008. He combined two culinary concepts to open Reef & Beef in Düsseldorf and Cologne. Drawing inspiration from the satisfaction of his patrons, he expanded his passion to Dubai, where he is excited to surround himself with discerning food enthusiasts.
