If the Deals Club signup is available and you choose to join, we collect the first name and email address you submit, together with your marketing consent. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your email. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs.
The public website does not currently provide customer accounts or take payments.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- send requested Deals Club emails and manage unsubscribes;
- respond to questions and listing corrections;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
- meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers for website hosting, database and media storage, security, and email delivery. They may process information in countries outside the UAE and are only permitted to handle it for the services they provide to dizzer.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining a subscription, protecting the service, or meeting legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. You may also ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable legal requirements.
