Dine 1st is a dining platform offering up to 50% off food bills at participating restaurants in Dubai during off-peak hours. It’s a great way to enjoy your favorite restaurants or discover new ones while saving money.
Book a table through the Dine 1st platform for off-peak times and enjoy a 50% discount on your food bill. Simply present your reservation confirmation at the restaurant when you arrive.
No, the Dine 1st discount applies to food only. Drinks are charged at full price.
A flat AED 30 booking fee is charged per reservation.
Dine 1st reservations are valid for 2, 3, or 4 diners, including children. Solo dining or groups larger than 4 are not eligible for the Dine 1st discount.
No, combining bookings is not permitted. Only one Dine 1st booking per table is allowed.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant may cancel your reservation, and your Dine 1st discount will be void.
You can cancel your booking at any time via the orders page of your account dashboard on the dizzer.ae platform.
You can only edit the number of people on your booking, simply click the ‘Amend Booking’ button in the orders page of your account dashboard on the dizzer.ae platform. Amendments to the date, time or venue are not permitted. To make these changes, you’ll need to cancel and rebook.
Booking fees are generally non-refundable except within 60 minutes of purchase. After that (up to 2 hours before your reservation) we will provide a 50% discount coupon for your next booking. If the restaurant cannot accommodate your reservation you may be eligible for a refund. Please check the cancellation policy for full details.
Some restaurants may have special conditions, such as menu exclusions or minimum spend requirements. These will be listed in your booking confirmation.
Availability during public holidays is at the discretion of the restaurant. Check the platform for any date-specific exclusions for each venue.
You’ll receive confirmation and booking details via email and whatsapp once your booking is finalized. Present this confirmation at the restaurant when you arrive. You can also view and manage your order at any time within your account dashboard on the dizzer.ae platform.
