Sample the satisfying balance between refreshing and spicing flavours and cooking techniques with three-courses of our finest creations, including cooling and crisp dishes such as Spring salad with sesame and Chilled soba noodles with umami sauce that are complemented by robust options like Mala chili prawns and Sanchen spiced chicken to invigorate the senses.
