11 courses of culinary bliss await from the Tsuki menu, each one a celebration of a different layer of the ocean’s bounty. All the culinary stars align in this lineup, from bluefin tuna and botan shrimp to two Wagyu beef dishes and the highly prized king crab. The dessert duo features muskmelon and a signature chocolate mousse, both stars in their own right.
