Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required to confirm the booking and secure the reservation.

AED 90 per adult

AED 45 per child

Terms and Conditions

Deposits will be processed securely via a payment link provided by Palm Dining team.

The deposit is non-refundable but can be converted into hotel credit if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date.

Hotel credit can be used for dining at the hotel and will be valid for one month from the cancellation date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Group bookings or special events may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
