The evening kicks off with a glass of bubbles and the renowned Caviar Bump featured on a Belgian waffle, culminating in a creatively presented Walnut Ice Cream adorned with caviar.

Savor delightful dishes such as Salmon served with Blinis and Caviar, followed by a beloved Green Bean Salad and our signature Capellini & Caviar. For the main course, guests can choose between Tenderloin or Mediterranean Sea Bass, both artfully served with caviar, asparagus, and French fries.
