Lady Bird is a neighbourhood bistro and cocktail bar at 25 Jump Street in One Central, operated by 7 Management. Brass Monkey at Motor City Clubhouse combines American-style comfort food and a cocktail bar with bowling, arcade games and billiards. The adults-only venue has a neon-lit interior, booths, screens and a central bar, with music and games running alongside dining. It is a separate branch from the Bluewaters and City Walk venues.

Entry is for guests aged 21 and over. The Motor City branch opens from 4pm on weekdays and noon at weekends, closing at 1am.

Son of a Fish is a Greek seafood restaurant at Dubai Harbour Pier Club, beside Bar Du Port. The menu is built around seafood, meze and fire-grilled dishes for sharing, with wine, ouzo and cocktails served at the bar. Its waterfront setting includes indoor dining and an outdoor terrace.
