No, there are no fees, commissions, or contracts. The only cost to the customer is the AED 30 booking fee, which reduces the likelihood of no-shows.
You’ll have admin access on the dizzer.ae platform to update your restaurant’s profile, manage table availability, and monitor bookings.
Yes, you decide which days and times to offer dine 1st reservations. You can block out dates for holidays or special events.
If more diners arrive than booked, you can refuse the dine 1st discount, and the booking fee will be forfeited by the customer.
Both the restaurant and the customer will receive confirmation via email and Whatsapp once the booking is finalized. You’ll also get access to the customer’s contact details.
Customers are required to cancel at least 2 hours before the reservation time. Failure to do so will result in a charge, as outlined in our cancellation Policy.
The dine 1st discount applies to food only. Drinks, service charges, and any surcharges (e.g., public holidays) are not included and must be clearly stated in your listing.
Yes, you can specify menu exclusions, minimum spends, or other conditions, which will be visible to customers when they book.
If you cannot accommodate a booking (excluding late arrivals), cancel it through the Orders dashboard on dizzer.ae to notify both the customer and dine 1st.
